01How to delete your account
- Open the SkillNest app
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm — your account is deleted immediately and this cannot be undone
02What gets deleted
- Your name, phone number, email address, and profile photo
- Your login credentials (you can no longer sign in)
- Workspaces you solely own, along with their media and content (archived and removed)
- Your notifications, coach/student connections, and invitations you sent
03What is retained
To keep other users' data intact, content you contributed to workspaces owned by other people (e.g. comments or uploads in a shared workspace) is kept but shown as "Deleted User." This content no longer identifies you.
04Requesting deletion another way
If you can't access the app, email us at support@getskillnest.com and we'll process your account deletion request.
